Ruxandra Bar is one of the most fresh and sexy artist from Romania.

With her strong voice and exotic look, she's determined to enter the international music scene.

When she was a young girl, she studied piano and ballet and simply loved the arts. Her love for painting is what drove her to finish a high school for the arts named Nicolae Tonitza located in Bucharest.

Her natural beauty helped her succeed in modelling worldwide. She participated in many modelling competitions such as "Best Model of the World" and "World's Next Top Model". She also had to visit various countries including France, Germany, Turkey, India, and Austria because of her modelling contracts.

Her incredible passion for music is what helped her along the road. She loves Karaoke and ironically at a Karaoke competition is where she was noticed by Adrian Sina. That very important meeting changed Ruxandra's career. She then began to collaborate with the band "Akcent" and together created their first song "Feelings on Fire". 
Ruxandra's voice in this song was remarkable and so her first single "Step Up" followed shortly.

The video for "Step Up" was directed by Florin Botea and it basically shows an ordinary day in Ruxandra's life.

Sisterhoodlive Records alongside Ruxandra Bar are preparing an album for 2011 which will certainly include trendy, new hits for the music industry.
